After submitting the form, we will send a confirmation message to the email address you provide. Please ensure that you can access this email before clicking “Submit.”

Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email asking for identity verification. We will not proceed with your request until this verification step is complete.

All communications related to your request will be sent to the email you’ve provided unless alternative accommodations are required. If you need accommodations due to a physical impairment, please contact Haleon’s Individual Rights Management Team at FlonaseOfficial@outlook.com before submitting the form.

Haleon will process your request in accordance with applicable laws. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you promptly via email.

You can select any option from the “Select request type(s)” section; however, please be aware that some options may not be available depending on your location. If this is the case, we will inform you by email that certain request types are unavailable.

By opting out of certain data processing activities, you may lose access to benefits like discounts or promotional offers available to other consumers. This may include coupons, special promotions, or other communications from Haleon or its partners, which may no longer be available to you.

Please note, opting out of data processing does not prevent third parties, outside of Haleon, from processing your data. You may still receive targeted advertisements from these external organizations.
