This Notice outlines how Haleon collects, uses, and shares your Consumer Health Data, which is gathered through your interactions with our websites, products, and services, as well as any other instances where this Notice is presented.

“Consumer Health Data” refers to personal information that identifies or can be linked to a consumer and relates to their past, present, or future physical or mental health status. This may include data on health conditions, treatments, diagnoses, medical interventions, surgeries, medication usage, vital signs, symptoms, gender-affirming care, reproductive or sexual health, biometric and genetic data, and location information indicating attempts to receive health services. It may also include derived or inferred data generated through algorithms or machine learning.

If your Consumer Health Data is already regulated under the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), this Notice does not apply, as the Washington My Health My Data Act does not cover such data.

In this Notice, we explain the types of Consumer Health Data we collect, the purposes for using it, the sources of the data, and the rights you have regarding your information.

We collect various types of Consumer Health Data, such as health conditions, diagnoses, treatment history, medication use, biometric data, and other health-related information. We collect this data directly from you when you interact with our platforms or indirectly from third-party sources such as healthcare providers or social media platforms. This data is used to manage our relationship with you, provide services, personalize your experience, and fulfill legal obligations.

The data we collect may be shared within Haleon and with third-party service providers that support our operations, such as event agencies, marketing firms, technology partners, and regulatory authorities. We limit sharing to what is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, and where required by law, we will seek your consent before sharing any data.

You also have the option to appoint an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent may need to provide proof of your consent and confirm that they are authorized to act on your behalf.

This Privacy Notice is subject to updates. If we make significant changes, we will post the revised Notice on our Privacy Center. If necessary, we will seek your consent before implementing the changes.
